When I put an HR complaint, which was a waste of time, against the director of my department for letting go all of the Black women on the team during COVID layoffs. I told HR to ask him one simple question - if he supported the BLM movement. They wouldn't do it because they said that that was a personal, political choice. He got away with this racist act without any consequences. These racist directors are cunning and are rarely overt about their racism.
