These Republican governors are nothing but authoritarian thugs. The extra unemployment benefits were promised to us, and they only last until September. In addition, unemployment is far less than what most of us were earning in our previous jobs. It’s not going to make anyone rich.

The real crooks are the corporations that have made out like bandits during this pandemic but who still refuse to pay decent wages, address systemic racism, provide safe work environments, and pay their fair share of taxes.
