The white corporate power structure is top down and authoritarian in scope. There is little room for transparency, trust and loyalty - all traits that white American culture deems to be in complete contrast to their rugged individualistic view of the world. Most non-whites strive for a more communal way of doing things. White Americans created this business model so it will only change when more Blacks, Latinos, and Asians lead by example, showing Corporate America a new view of the work environment.
