Steve Schmidt, John McCain’s senior campaign strategist and never-Trumper, has just joined the Democratic Party as a single-issue voter and the issue for him is democracy because he now believes the GOP stands for authoritarianism. He has also stated that Democrats are the true big-tent party. All of us who vehemently supported Biden over Trump - liberals, progressives, moderates, and conservatives deserve credit for ridding our country of fascism.
