I was very moved by the positive impact Matt had on you through your job.

A team member of mine passed away from cancer a while back and before she died I visited her at the hospital. As we said our good-byes she gave me a big hug and thanked me for being a good boss to her. It made me so happy to know that I made her life a bit better while working with her.

We all need to always treat one another kindly.
