I grew up in a tough working-class Latino neighborhood in Chicago, and I didn’t witness bullying into I attended a mostly white Catholic HS on the far south side of town. I was shocked to see how much pleasure these white kids got from tormenting their fellow students. Where did they get this from? Unfortunately, most likely, from their parents.
