Great article! My worst experiences with bosses have been with those who were petty, vindictive, insecure and cunning. These are not the qualities of leaders. Most organizations unfortunately, reward managers who are all in with the top down management philosophy.

All workers would enjoy their “jobs” more if their office environments weren't so dysfunctional and uncaring.
