Achieving happiness at work should be a priority. We spend so much time there why not make it as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, many top down, mid-level bosses are simply task oriented and could care less if their staff is happy. It takes forward thinking people to make this part of the work culture. Hopefully, there will be more managers who think this way in the future.
